General Terms & Conditions
All orders are subject to these conditions. Access to and use of www.oofledust.co.uk (this 'website') is subject to the following Terms and Conditions, and by accessing and browsing from this website, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Postage and packing:
UK - Second class - free postage unless otherwise requested.
Europe and the rest of the world - on request.
We will process your order within 3 working days (Unless stated otherwise on the item listing)of our receiving it. If you order on a weekend/Bank Holiday, we will process your order within 3 working days of the next working day. We send orders via Royal Mail. For orders being delivered to the UK using the 1st Class post we estimate that you will receive your order 3-5 days after we dispatch it. For orders being delivered to Europe, please allow 7-14 days after dispatch. Please allow longer for your delivery at busy times such as Christmas.
Purchases made via this website are processed through Paypal, using any major credit or debit card. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by this method. Credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by their card issuer. We will not be liable for any loss or delay if a card issuer refuses to authorise payment.
Prices are subject to variation without notice (this does not affect orders already placed and paid in full).
We reserve the right to withdraw or change any of our products without prior notice (this does not affect paid for orders already placed). While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. If goods are in stock they will normally be dispatched within 3 working days. If we are unable to send your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
Returns and Refunds:
We want you to be completely happy with your Oofledust order. In the unlikely event that you are less than completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will arrange a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:
Damaged, Faulty, Missing or Incorrect Goods:
If you receive damaged or faulty goods please notify us by emailing us at [email protected], with your name, address and order details. We would ask that you return the goods unused in the condition that you received them, within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. We will then refund in full including cost of postage and packing. All orders are carefully checked before dispatch, but in the unlikely event that there is anything missing or incorrect please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will rectify this, without charge.
Cancelling an Order:
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please email us at [email protected] with the details of your order. You may also cancel your order after it has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day you receive the products. Provided the goods are returned in their original, unopened, re-saleable condition, we will refund cost of goods and original delivery charge. Goods must be returned to us at your own cost. If returning only part of an order we will not refund our original delivery charge.
Health and Safety:
We regret that we are unable to accept returned earrings due to possible contamination.
